What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Representative position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
1.Continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts. High volume call center 60 calls a day.
2.Set up suitable payment arrangements once contact with debtor has been made, and follow up on payment arrangements.
3.Follow up on all accounts until the account is paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management.
4.Perform all phases of skip tracing work
5.Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts worked through policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
6.Adhere to and abide by all regulations as set forth by the FDCPA.

If a candidate has no collections experience they MUST have some sort of customer service experience.

To be eligible for a higher starting rate candidates MUST have commercial collections experience and will be considered on a case by case basis. No candidates should be put through the process without prior approval for a higher pay rate.
Below is a list of what our client collects on within all their separate departments. If a Candidate has experience within one of these collections field they would be ahead of the curve and most likely qualify for high pay rate.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
