Must have strong data analysis experience with Credit regulatory reports , ideally schedules such as CCAR, 14q, 14m , although general reg reporting from within a financial institution is acceptable 2. Must have strong SQL experience reading and writing complex queries and using SQL with Excel 3Must have strong data mining experience and the skills to do a detailed amount of research and analysis 4 Must be able to articulate findings within the data to business stakeholders Job Description : This individual would be brought on to support the client's database tied to their credit platform. This is a Teradata database, however it is not critical that this individual has Teradata experience. This platform provides regulatory reporting as well as data for a large contingencies of users on the credit side. This team is responsible for maintaining, enhancing and modifying this platform wherever needed. We are looking for a SQL Data Analyst with the following skills : o Experience reading and writing complex SQL queries- regardless of platform o Experience in a regulatory data or reporting environment, ideally specific to Credit reporting. o Must be willing to roll up their sleeves, do the necessary research within our database, ask questions to identify gaps or areas for improvement, and then articulate those findings to a business stakeholder. o Experience with Data Mining We need candidates who have strong Excel experience. We have manual files that come into Excel. We need someone who can do a comparison of those files in Excel against our system of record, record the differences, and then apply changes using SQL.
