What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Specialist position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
This position will support internal employees as well as the professionals out in the field. The end user computing team works through three rotations 1. Imaging and deployments for new hires 2. Ticket escalations from the servicedesk 3. In person deskside support for end users onsite. Candidates will need to have prior experience deploying images for new hires utilizing a deployment tool such as intune, SCCM, or the MDT Toolkit. A clear understanding of the process and procedures that go into this aspect of the job will be important for any candidate to explain. They will also need experience supporting and troubleshooting incidents within the M365 suite. Network configuration and connectivity incidents will also be frequent in this role.
