In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with DigITs leaders through collaboration, empathy, modeling positive behavior, business acumen, and clear communication skills.
You Will:
*Work with leadership to help turn new ideas into investments tied to the strategic mission of our organization
*Support strategy and investment funding practices through multiple horizons.
*Ensure the approved portfolio is aligned and funded to build and maintain the solutions to meet business targets.
*Support and facilitate investment portfolio, monitoring performance, risk, and investment strategies to align with roadmaps.
*Analyze and evaluate potential risks associated with investment decisions, developing, and implementing risk management strategies.
*Facilitate meetings with DigITs and business stakeholders to provide status, prioritization, decisions, and approvals forums.
*Continuously improve investment processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
You Have:
*7 years' experience in program management
*7 years of experience in transforming new ideas into effective hospital initiatives.
*An in-depth understanding of both business and technical discussions
*Superb relationship building skills.
*Excellent written and verbal skills.
*The capability and expertise to mentor others
