We're looking for a highly skilled Collaboration and Messaging Expert to join our team at TEKsystems. As an expert in messaging and collaboration, you will be responsible for administering the enterprise's messaging and collaboration user accounts, including creating user IDs, managing group lists, and removing terminated user IDs. You will also assume the leadership role in resolving complex technical issues and consult with application developers on related matters.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to collaborate and ensure seamless communication. Your expertise will be essential in providing training to users, junior technicians, and other IT personnel. You will also play a key role in protecting the overall security of the messaging environment through access control lists, security measures, and certification of external organizations.
