*Job Title: Loan Representative* Job Description the loan representative will counsel student loan borrowers to resolve their delinquent accounts in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner. This role involves handling inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with federal regulations, corporate objectives, and department policies.
Responsibilities
* Counsel student loan borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls as per federal regulations and department policies.
* Manage calls for borrowers who are 60 days past due, making outbound calls on a dialer.
* Educate borrowers on their loan status, especially as the payment pause ends.
* Start with outbound calls and transition to handling inbound calls after training.
* Ensure compliance with Repayment Solutions Policies and Procedures manual.
Essential Skills
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
* Good attendance record.
* High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in call center, collections, financial services, and customer support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment You will work remotely after the first day but must reside in Dane, Columbia, Sauk, Rock, and Dodge counties. The work-from-home schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential adjustments after training, finishing no later than 7 PM.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
