Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conference Room Checks: Start the day by ensuring all conference rooms are ready for use.
Standing Meetings: Participate in a few standing meetings throughout the week to touch base and work through tickets.
Device Management: Set up new phones and ship computers as needed.
Team Collaboration: Meet with other team members to discuss ongoing projects and tasks.
Procedures and Documentation: Work through established procedures and maintain documentation.
Zoom Support: Assist with any issues by asking participants to dial into Zoom if problems arise.

Provide in-person IT support and troubleshooting for 50-80 end-users in the Palo Alto office, and up to 600 users across multiple locations
Assist with conference room setups, Zoom call troubleshooting, and collaboration with the on-site team
Manage user access, update profiles, and troubleshoot login issues in Okta and other single sign-on systems
Perform device management tasks in Jamf, such as assigning devices, checking software versions, and resolving device-related problems
Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment and troubleshooting Apple products and software
Possess enterprise-level experience, with familiarity in tools like Okta and Jamf, but not necessarily as an administrator
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide effective on-site support
Ability to investigate problems and escalate issues to the appropriate administrators
