Validate pay statements in production; complete validation of 60-80 employees each week. Pulling old archive data from an old M&A and pulling into our data source. We need to validate that information is pulling in and showing up right.
- Validate employees across all pay groups across all FLSA within a given year.
- Review content of pay statements to ensure it belongs to the correct individual.
- Review content to ensure accurate parsing (no duplicate pay statements within a file)
- Preview, download and bulk download pay statements in document repository.
- Verify pay statement information matches source data
- Verify number of pay statements in document repository matches number of pay statements in pay look up tool.
