*TEKsystems is seeking candidates for a PC Refresh Technician opening we have with our client in Olathe KS.*
*Must be local to the Olathe KS area.*
*Description*
Client is looking for a PC refresh technician to add to their support team as part of their enterprise-wide PC refresh. This will be a contract role that will go until the end of 2025. Possibility of an extension but not a guarantee.
Ideal candidates will need to have experience with the information below
- Replace assets based on lease expiration
- Install software from previous asset
- Connect hardware and ensure functionality
- Profile data (including email signatures, bookmarks, and unique data)
- Assist with software requests
This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Since the help desk technician is working directly with end users they will need to have great customer service and verbal communication. Managers are also looking for a team player and someone who is ambitious to learn technology.

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Up to one year help desk related experience.
