Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Coordinator to support various business processes in marketing, customer support, and mobility operations. Responsibilities include:
* Documenting operating procedures for call center agents
* Knowledge management
* Supporting vehicle onboarding activities (title management, inventory management, vendor coordination)
* Data analysis
Process & Operations Management:
* Manage general business processes
* Oversee the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process
* Provide support to stakeholder inquiries
* Assist with data gathering and analytics
Knowledge Management:
* Support the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager in developing standardized templates for customer service agents
* Create, publish, and manage documents such as operational procedures, job aids, and reference guides
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of process management or equivalent experience
* Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation
* Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience facilitating meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fleet management experience
* Experience working with call center agents
