*Description*
Lead the execution of our telecommunications infrastructure transition and then develop processes in collaboration with the team to ensure ongoing support and maintenance of our systems.
Collaborate with our Network Engineer to assist with network administration and firewall management.
Identify and collaborate around ways to enhance resident, client and team member experiences as it relates to telecom and network support.
4 years of experience supporting legacy telephony systems, preferably ShoreTel or similar PBX platforms.
Familiarity with modern cloud-based telecom solutions (e.g., Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, etc.).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a professional environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to train and support end-users.
Ability to manage a varied workload and multiple priorities through effective use of time and solid project management skills.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
