What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Lead position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
*Day to day overview: reviewing emails/messages on training needs, meet with team and stakeholders to understand needs for updating training materials/contact, pre-engagement strategies, will be working on a program called Leading for Success and interacting with participants virtually and in-person trainings in Atlanta. Audience is for directors who lead other leaders - population may shift to also be leaders of contributors. How to lead for business impact - how to work with various individuals across the business, selling ideas, presence, storytelling, etc. Could have leaders from various global backgrounds in the room. Would love for this person to have experience building content for leaders - it is not technical training. Could vary on how much design v. facilitation they are doing not always 50/50. May do some standup facilitation in the office. Collaborating on how to create the content, do cross-functional work to build the content for salesforce, especially for onboarding leaders, work with other training specialists to assess feedback to make the program better especially for end of year impact reporting.
*Gaps in program: developing materials for leaders to enable them, developing skill labs - those are around enterprise wide skills and are 90 minute virtual trainings. Will go live in June on that content. Work with new vendor to help with onboarding content and process.
*Team size: 3 fulltime, 1 contractor, also hiring for a role sitting in France
*Schedule: flexible but 2-3x a week hybrid in Atlanta - during a training session then more formal schedule M-F to prepare. Can choose days not set.
*Must have skills: 3-5 years of experience in training/learning/development, understanding of AI (basic functions of ChatGPT or similar GenAI - must be clear on resume)
