Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Summary:
Oversee plant maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. Build and lead a skilled team to support production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a high-performing maintenance team.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance processes.
- Conduct daily safety and weekly operations meetings.
- Use SAP to manage work orders, inventory, and reporting.
- Provide detailed downtime analyses to drive improvements.
- Maintain organized storeroom, shop, and CMMS systems.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma 4 years' experience, Associate's 3 years, or Bachelor's 1 year.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on skills in welding or fabrication for equipment repairs and modifications.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising and managing a maintenance team to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s 2 years or Master’s in a related field.
- SAP experience and leadership in a maintenance role.
- Knowledge of PI&D and technical manuals.
- Experience in food or cheese manufacturing environments.
Work Environment:
Physical activity and PPE required in temperature-controlled and non-controlled areas. Commitment to food safety is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,097.58 - $90,000.00 per year
