Fabrication Operations Manager – Pulaski, TN (Full-Time, Direct Hire)

Role Overview:
The Fabrication Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage fabrication processes, ensure quality control, and optimize production efficiency while coordinating with departments to ensure on-time customer delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and machining with knowledge in door, steel sales, painting, rigging, mechanical, electrical, and water jet operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Effective communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in sandblasting, powder coating, and wet painting
- Experience in CNC and manual machining, including supervising a machining department, and with which employer?
- Experience managing a maintenance department.
- Extensive experience in machining, metal cutting, wet painting, maintenance, and structural steel fabrication.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
