Job Description :
This position is responsible for the manual process of releasing mobile shopping apps.
Responsibilities include working with teams to test and sign-off on the release in a timely fashion, creating release plans with accurate details, as well as writing email release updates to developer teams.
Required
2 years of developer support experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain Customer Focus, stay motivated and be proactive.
Insist on the highest standards from self and others.
Comfortable in the Tech Environment
Preferred :
Experience working in Linux environment preferred
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems preferred
Degree or Certification :
Bachelor's Computer Science or similar (preferred, but not required)
Typical Day in the Role :
Release apps on iOS and Andriod
Work with partner developer teams for any required testing to make sure the app is ready for release.
They will give the go-ahead for release or coordinate with teams to fix the issues and continue testing
Will create the release plan, get approved, then upload to apple / Google.
Make sure correct data is being input like version number etc.
