Summary of Position
Teladoc is transforming business operations to deliver a best-in-class support for our members while driving operational efficiency. We are building an Integrated Service Platform to transform the member experience, allowing for a seamless wholistic self-service member interaction across all products and service lines.
In partnership with data science, operations and client management, we are creating a personalized member centric experience that allows our teams to deliver a best-in-class service to our members. This position will be responsible for creating and managing the self-service and support strategy roadmap while writing requirements which address both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong product management and organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap.
Continuously mindful of market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and client value.
Create and own reporting strategy and roadmaps which captures the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation.
Work collaboratively with Engineering Leads, Design Teams, Data Science, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business outcomes, member needs, technology enablement and adoption.
Manage backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories based on company goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies into the Integrated Service Platform product and processes.
Support the team in the transformation of raw data into actionable business and product insights.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Qualifications
5 years of Product Management experience in an Agile environment with a proven track record bringing software products to market.
Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and self-service strategies
Experience in managing multiple support channels including digital self-help, virtual agents, live chat, and voice support.
Experience building and managing product roadmaps related to Customer or Client Service.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize large sets of data to influence strategic decisions.
Experience working closely with a diverse set of cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience working with Salesforce or other related CRM systems and tooling.
The base salary range for this position is$120,000 - $155,000 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 .Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
