Overall Responsibility:Join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist and be the driving force behind creating impactful, engaging, and effective learning experiences for our customers. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver innovative programs that inspire growth and ensure success in both virtual and in-person settings. We’re seeking a passionate professional with 1-3 years of experience in Learning and Development within a technology or services organization, who thrives on fostering engagement and making a measurable difference in customer success.What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement effective training programs tailored to business needs.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and guides.
- Facilitation of Training Sessions: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees and other stakeholders.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs analyses to identify skills gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage virtual and in-person training events, including logistics, agendas, and speaker coordination.
- Engagement Strategies: Develop strategies to increase learner participation and engagement.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback; implement improvements accordingly.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with department heads, subject matter experts, and vendors to align training with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and event coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Ring Central, etc.).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training content repositories.
- Ability to create engaging presentations and update learning materials (PowerPoint, Engagement Tips and Guides, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to manage both virtual and in-person learning environments.
- Need to be proficient in Articulate/Storyline 360.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- AA/BS in Communications or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- eLearning, blended learning, and multimodal course design experience required.
- Highly organized, self-starter, flexible, and able to manage multiple, concurrent projects with deadline commitments.
