This position is based at our McAllen, Texas location.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to address their concerns and questions
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Evaluate situations and determine when to escalate interactions or request assistance
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call performance and identify areas for improvement
- Upsell products or services when relevant
Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years old
- Proficient typing skills (25 wpm minimum)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to navigate Windows operating systems
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
