Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
- Create professional publications:
- Advertisements
- Seasonal Catalogues
- Points of sale and Signage
- Catalogue & Magazine layouts
- Product label and packaging design
- Communicate with suppliers via email and phone to solicit support for numerous marketing programs.
- Track and schedule vendor participation in marketing activities.
- Communicate with internal departments to notify them about marketing activities and required actions or deadlines.
Marketing Assistant Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
