TeleSolv Consulting has an opportunity to work with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Business Operations & Executive Support Services (BOESS) as an IT Human Capital Management Support. Must work on-site from one of these 2 locations: Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) located at 7700 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042-5101 OR Solution Delivery Division, 3130 General Hudnell Dr., San Antonio, TX 78205. Please only apply if you live locally to one of these two locations and are willing to commute on-site Mon-Fri from 8am to 4:30pm.
Project Details
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a joint, integrated combat support agency that enables the US Army, US Navy, and US Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and ready medical force to combatant commands in both peacetime and wartime. The DHA is in charge of integrating clinical and business operations across the Military Health System (MHS) and facilitates the delivery of integrated and reasonably priced health care to MHS clients. The DHA’s global workforce of almost 140,000 civilians and military personnel provides medical services to TRICARE beneficiaries and their dependents.
The objective of this project is to assist the DHA with business operation activities in support of the SDD (Solution Delivery Division), RMED (Risk Management Executive Division) and ADHCA (Assistant Director for Health Care Administration). Among the requirements for these organizations are support services for executive support, IT human capital management, tasker management, technical writing, strategic communications along with facilities and logistics support in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable Federal regulations, policies, and standards.

Background Investigation
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable in manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
