About the Job:
- Provide Technical support throughout the Manufacturing process. We are looking for a person with technical ability in testing Network Analyzers and knowledge of RF theory.
- You will be performing preventative maintenance of test equipment and accessories while supporting the production process.
- You will support engineers and experienced technicians to resolve a wide range of technical and mechanical issues associated with production and minor assembly support when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Execute test plans according to Engineer and experienced Technician's instructions.
- Interface with Cross-functional Engineering and Technician team providing clear communication and progress updates.
- Manages ongoing detail-oriented test station maintenance.
- Development support on new product processes and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborates during transfer, production, and new product meetings.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience demonstrating success working with teams and partners throughout the manufacturing process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Considerable dexterity when working with tools and fragile supplies.
- Drive to exceed deadlines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Higher education or specialized Electronics training or certificate.
- Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.
- Perform troubleshooting down to component levels.
