Temerity is actively seeking an Associate or VP level Investor Relations Professional to be primarily responsible for investor relations/client service, capital formation outreach and operations, and reporting. The team member will be a liaison between investors and the firm’s capital formation team and with its investments group, fund administrator and compliance and accounting professionals. The ideal candidate must work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external team members at all levels and be comfortable with significant contact with existing and prospective investors and high level executives. This candidate must be a well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, tech-savvy, personable, upbeat self-starter who can accomplish tasks independently and help identify company needs and drive decision-making. This team member will play an important role for our fast-paced and rapidly growing organization led by industry veterans, Bruce Cohen and Jeff Citrin. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all fundraising efforts and investor outreach
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including presentation decks and PPMs, significant interaction with legal counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer
- Complete questionnaires, data requests, RFPs, and DDQs received from investors, consultants and potential investors
- Responsible for collecting applicable information and generating all periodic reports
- Database background research of potential investors
- Maintain on-going tracking/analysis of investor outreach; responsible for CRM system including data inputs, report production, maintenance of shared data room(s)
- Direct interface with investors as first point of contact for requests; build investor relationships
- Interface with accounting team and fund administrator to prepare/distribute capital call and distribution notices to investors
- Drive real-time process improvements to increase efficiencies and improve the investor experience

Necessary Experience/Education; Featured Benefits
