Summary/Objective: The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing a highly engaging and customer-focused experience across multiple channels, including the showroom, telephone, website, and social media platforms, while also supporting and executing a range of administrative tasks.

Summary/Objective: The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing a highly engaging and customer-focused experience across multiple channels, including the showroom, telephone, website, and social media platforms, while also supporting and executing a range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and route all incoming customer calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome customers, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Proactively identify customer needs and take steps to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role, and or administrative role
- An associate degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field desired
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Canva is a plus
- Knowledge of home improvement products and services is a plus
- Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus
- Work with hands and fingers daily; keyboarding.
- The position is in an office setting with extended periods working on a personal computer.
- Occasionally visits to manufacturing area which may exposed to noise, smells, heat, etc.
