New hires will receive $15/hr during their training shifts. Once through training, we ensure that bartenders will make at least $15/hr through hourly tips, and will make up the difference if it is not reached!

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with patrons
- Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in fine dining and banquet settings is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and manage time effectively
