We are seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our client’s team, primarily to assist with serving our local government clients located in the Tampa Bay area. If you have 5 years of experience representing local governmental entities and a strong understanding of Florida laws, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
Provide legal services to local government clients.
Represent local governmental entities in various legal matters
Advise on and interpret the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and other relevant legislation.
Serve as the attorney for local government boards. Qualifications :
5 years of experience representing local governmental entities.
Familiarity with the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and other pertinent legislation.
Experience sitting as the attorney for local government boards.
Florida Bar Board Certification in City, County, and Local Government Law is preferred. Benefits :
