Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Prepare, review, and process employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Manage invoice processing for HR-related expenses, verifying and tracking payments.
- Process and maintain Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Provide general administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing files.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining compliance-related documentation, ensuring all employee files are current.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and hiring updates.
- Support special projects and initiatives within the HR department as assigned.
