What are the responsibilities and job description for the TPR Manager, Business Development Operations & Transitions (REMOTE) position at Tenet Practice Resources?
Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) is seeking an experienced national manager to lead training and development of its Transitions/Onboarding team as well as Market Operations resources to include Practice Managers and Market Operations Managers. Position will support Tenet corporate located in Texas.
- The national manager will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and training on all job aids and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the TPR Transitions & Onboarding Team.
- Responsible for process documentation and subject matter expertise related to TPR instance of Salesforce- this includes training of all new Transition Managers as well as ongoing training on updates or process changes.
- Works closely with the Tenet Salesforce technical team to develop requirements, log request tickets, and follow fix and enhancement tickets through to completion.
- Maintains a project log of all Salesforce enhancements related to optimization of the process to include priority and status- monthly updates to be provided to the Transition Team for visibility on upcoming enhancements and fixes.
- Supports the TPR Website process in collaboration with TPR home office leadership and marketing to resolve issues with data flow. Maintains documentation for current website logic to include inclusion/exclusion criteria as well as provides support to Transition Team and Physician Marketing Managers (PMMs) on data sourced from Salesforce.
- Supports the Transition & Onboarding monthly and ongoing reporting process from Salesforce to include: Monthly National Physician Onboarding Dashboard, Monthly Transition Team KPIs, Base Reporting Templates, as well as supports the optimization of other enterprise reporting pertaining to TPR employed providers such as the Manpower report, Monthly Roster, etc.
- Provides coaching and mentorship to Market Transition Managers to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded, shares and documents best practices for ensuring workflow within Salesforce is completed appropriately and accurately to ensure downstream reporting integrity is maintained.
- Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the National Practice Manager Meeting, Practice Manager Live Training, and Market Operations Manager Live Training.
- Maintains Practice Manager and Transition Manager Tool Kit on Microsoft Teams Site. Ensures all information is regularly audited and updated as required.
- Supports Market Transition Manager projects as needed when additional band with is required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management/administration, business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of project management experience required.
- 3-5 years of physician practice, clinic operations, or provider onboarding/integration experience required.
- Development and implementation of training programs, preferred.
- General understanding of the following processes highly preferred: Payor enrollment, Hospital Credentialing, EMR- Data Migrations, Abstractions, Archival, IT/Network Infrastructure, Human Resources, Job Aid & SOP Development.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Project Management Software, required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow the candidate to effectively communicate both detail and summary level information to key stakeholders, providers, and other departments regarding project status/open items, and items requiring attention.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to exhibit flexibility/ problem solving skills in support of meeting the project requirements while working in a dynamic environment.
- Leads teams and interacts with key customers and stakeholders with executive presence and strong customer service ability.
- Strong sense of personal accountability for delivering individual and team results.
