Logistics Coordinator
Job Responsibilities :
- Verify and receive all inbound material from suppliers, subcontractors, and sister companies.
- Verify and ship all outbound materials to subcontractors.
- Process outbound deliveries for drop ship material from Universal to Reynosa.
- Label all incoming product with both the SAP label and production traveler.
- Investigate and fix negative inventory in SAP.
- Train new material handlers in production reporting and material movements in SAP.
- Resolve any discrepancies on inbound or outbound shipments from / to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate organization of pole barns and offsite warehouse. Maintain accuracy of inventory locations.
- Maintain bar code labels on racking throughout the plant, warehouse, and pole barn
- Assist in the cycle count program.
- Assist in the yearly physical inventory.
