MOONSHINE BARTENDERS We are looking for enthusiastic experienced Bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience. Bartenders provide tastings for customers with flavor descriptions and pairing ideas.

Locations: We will try our best to accommodate to your work location preference but, you must be willing at all 4 of our retail locations:

• 519 Parkway Gatlinburg, TN
• 1424 Winfield Dunn Parkway Sevierville, TN
• 3435 Teaster Lane Pigeon Forge, TN
• 3303 Wears Valley Road Sevierville, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a positive, high, well-balanced energy level throughout the entire shift
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide product knowledge
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Standing for long periods of time
• Proficient verbal communication skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods
• Ability to lift minimum 15 lbs.

Essential Functions

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find solutions. This includes providing information about products and services, comparing products, and recommending the best options
• Maintain inventory levels, analyze product demand, and communicate items that aren't selling well
• Set and achieve sales goals, provide advice about promotions, and use upselling techniques
• Clean and restock the store before opening, during the day, and after closing
• Arrive on time, complete tasks efficiently, and prioritize activities, especially during busy times
• Dress neatly and well groomed in accordance with the company uniform and appearance policies
• Operate a point of sale terminal, make change correctly and complete credit card transactions
• Calmly respond to angry guests and notify a manager
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language to interact with guests, the public, and coworkers
• Ability to work under pressure and professionally deal with stressful situations during busy periods in a loud, busy, and crowded environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
• Must have extensive knowledge of beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards
• Provide multiple guests bar service in a quick, professional, and efficient manner
• Knowledge of and ability to accurately describe all beverage offerings and specials
• Exhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy conduct
• Perform all service in compliance with all ABC laws and Company policies that relate to the service of alcoholic beverages and the prohibition against over-service, serving intoxicated patrons and serving minors
• Maintains a favorable working condition with fellow employees and managers: promotes a positive and cooperative work environment, which is conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.
