We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Convenience Store District Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple convenience stores within a designated district. The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stores meet and exceed sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain high operational standards. As a key member of the management team, the District Manager will also be responsible for training and developing store managers, implementing marketing strategies, and driving overall profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar role within the convenience store industry.
  • Strong knowledge of convenience store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using computer software and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of multiple convenience stores within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, monitoring the performance of each store and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and develop store managers, providing guidance and support to improve their performance and drive employee engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product assortment and availability in each store.
  • Implement marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze financial data, such as sales reports and expense budgets, to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational, safety, and health standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, HR, and finance, to ensure the overall success of the district.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, making recommendations to senior management for business growth opportunities.
