The Marketing Manager at Tennyson Center will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the organization's narrative, driving engagement, and elevating its mission through innovative marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this dynamic leader will oversee the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and compelling content across digital and traditional platforms. This role cultivates meaningful connections with prospective partners, donors, and the broader community.
The ideal candidate is a visionary storyteller passionate about making a difference. They possess exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills and strong attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset, critical thinking abilities, and expertise in leveraging marketing tools, such as digital media, SEO, and email campaigns, will be essential to develop initiatives that inspire action and deliver measurable results. This role will also support event communications, logistics, and promotions to ensure the success of fundraising and community engagement. The position allows a creative, driven professional to make a lasting impact by fostering connections and driving support for Tennyson Center’s transformative work.
Job Functions
Marketing, Communications, and Content Management :
- Oversee and maintain the Tennyson Center website, ensuring accurate, engaging content that is aligned with branding and marketing strategies; enhance user experience and optimize SEO.
- Manage and execute the social media editorial content calendar.
- Execute paid social media marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create content for internal and external communications from ideation to execution.
- Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to engage and inform the community, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and supporters to advance Tennyson Center’s mission.
- Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities for fundraising and marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote Tennyson programs and increase participation and / or awareness.
- Support brand consistency across all organization channels.
- Other varied duties as assigned.
