Job Description
Tensley Consulting is looking for an IT Manager to support our Corporate Infrastructure team in Annapolis Junction. This position requires candidates to be well versed in corporate IT functions, to include :
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
- In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
- A clear understanding of client / server technology and network architecture
- Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
Additionally, the right candidate will be able to manage a team, while also playing a key role in the success of Tensley's corporate infrastructure. Ability to obtain a TS / SCI with polygraph required.
Minimum of 8 years IT experience, and 3 or more years of management experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, GCC High, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and DoD IT experience is preferred.
Salary Range : $100k and up depending on experience
