At Tenthpin we are seeking talented, client-facing, and collaborative Test Lead to join our rapidly growing team. The successful applicant will possess strong CSV (Computer System Validation) experience and will have a passion for delivering innovative solutions that add substantial value to our clients, contributing to our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Management Consulting Industry.
The Opportunity
The Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing team in executing Computer System Validation (CSV) projects. The role focuses on managing the validation process, ensuring thorough testing and documentation to meet regulatory requirements in GxP environments.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts for CSV projects.
- Develop test plans, scripts, and validation protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Test Manager and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure test execution follows industry regulations like FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Review test scripts and oversee execution, tracking defects and ensuring resolution.
- Assist in the documentation of testing and validation efforts for audit and compliance purposes.
- Mentor junior testers and ensure they are equipped with CSV knowledge.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focusing on CSV.
- Strong experience in SAP technology.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, especially in pharmaceutical/life sciences.
- Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other industry standards.
- Leadership experience in guiding and managing test teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical manufacturing and chemicals, would be advantageous.
