What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Service Manger position at Terminal B?

Our ideal new team member has some or all of the skills below.
- Customer Service or Helpdesk oriented experience with a problem-solving attitude
- Management Experience
- Able to execute work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills (Video Meetings, written, and in person)
- Knowledge of the following workstation operating systems
- Windows Workstation Operating system (10 and newer)
- Mac OS (11 - Big Sur and newer)
- Knowledge of the following networking concepts.
- LAN / WLAN / WAN: Topologies, troubleshooting.
- VPN
- DNS (private and public)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
- Ability to work 80% from home.
Nice to haves:
- IT certifications, even if expired. E.G. CCNA, Microsoft ect.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk ConnectWise Manage, SysAid, ect.)
- Past experience with a managed service provider (MSP).
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
