Project Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial construction Project Manager (PM) to join our Tenant Interiors (TI) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from onset through completion, ensuring that objectives are met while maintaining a safe and quality-controlled work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective construction schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, to deliver projects efficiently.
- Analyze and resolve complex project issues, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documents related to projects, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Procore, and CMIC software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
