You Are :
A Construction Management Professional who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven. We are looking to add exceptional employees to our Construction Services Department based out of our Peoria, IL office.
You Will :
- Perform construction inspection as assigned
- Measure, calculate, and record construction quantities for payment
- Maintain project records and documentation as required for project
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, standards and details
- Collect data and analyze data for errors
- Monitor street and utility projects for compliance to traffic, survey or construction activities
- Oversee quality assurance and successful completion of projects, by following set timelines
- Monitor and record job progress details to ensure that all assigned work to contractors is performed in a timely manner
- Inspect and assess the quality of materials being used for construction projects
- Calculation of quantities of material, supplies and equipment needed for projects
- Perform other duties as required by Resident Engineer or Department Manager
