We’re on the hunt for a fun-loving, energetic person to work with a lively 31-year-old man on the Autism Spectrum in Lititz, PA. He’s got a big personality, loves being outside, and needs someone who’s up for the challenge of making every day an adventure!
What makes this job fun?
This isn’t your typical 9-5 job. You’ll be out exploring the great outdoors, hunting for bugs, spending time in the community at his favorite hangouts, or maybe even going fishing—all while hanging out with a guy who loves music, singing, and making every moment fun. Certain times, you'll be working with a second staff member and other times his down time is less active and more one on one interaction, all while making a huge impact on his life, supporting his independence and helping him reach his goals.
