The Sales Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Utilize software tools such as LMN & Real Landscape Architect for project documentation, estimating, and bid management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors regarding pricing and contract terms.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
