The Tesla Charging network, the world’s fastest electric vehicle charging network which includes 80,000 Superchargers and Wall Connectors worldwide, is a critical enabler to Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
The Network Planning team supports the global field deployment teams to ensure our charging infrastructure is optimally sized and timed, and in the best possible locations. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role as the key intermediary between data science and modelling teams, our field deployment teams and senior executives. The Senior Analyst should be proficient in business operations and stakeholder management, with experience in business or financial planning preferred. Additionally, strong excel modelling, presentation skills, and the ability to build consensus towards business process recommendations will be key to success within the role.
What You'll Do
Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve consensus on business requirements Translate business requirements into a functional global Network Planning program Work with internal partner teams to develop IT solutions to implement program. This requires excellent stakeholder and project management skills Communicate and educate business stakeholders on Network Planning program. Stakeholders range from field deployment teams to senior business leaders Drive continuous program improvement program through integration of feedback from business stakeholders Drive planning process efficiency improvement through simplification and automation
What You'll Bring
Degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, Analytics, or equivalent experience 3-7 years of experience in consulting, finance, energy, charging, high-growth technology companies or other relevant industries Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL and/or Python preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders Demonstrated success driving tangible impact through influencing cross-functionally within a broader organization

$88,000 - $198,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
