Your tasks
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our U.S. team, supporting the deployment and maintenance of our state-of-the-art microbiological testing solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced food safety testing equipment. You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement service assignments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and system installations.
- Install, commission, and test microbiological testing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company service protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician, electrician, or mechanic with expertise in assembling or repairing analyzers or technical devices.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering and technical expertise in areas such as variable frequency drives, motors, and basic AC/DC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. Experience with diagnostic tools, calibration, and repair techniques for precision equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment.

Your profile
