What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services & Database Manager position at Texas Chemistry Council?
Responsibilities
include data entry, content management, and programming.
Responsible for maintainting accuracy of member records and for the integrity of the membership database / association management system, managing annual dues processing, and development of membership directory.
Must be proficient in organization, time managment, and use analytical thinking and active listening to understand and execute the necessary steps to complete required tasks. Requires great attention to detail, to accomplish / complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. This means being proactive, monitoring and checking work or information, while organizing time and resources efficiently.
Note : This is not a remote position
Required Experience
- Computer science bachelors or associate’s degree
- Documented experience in content management systems, data entry, and html programming.
- Extensive knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
