We’re hunting for a Pharmacy Auditor, someone who’s ready to be part of the best ranked children’s hospital in Texas, and among the best in the nation. The Pharmacy Auditor is primarily responsible for using analytical skills and audit tools to mitigate risks and ensure compliance adherence for the 340B program in both hospital and contract pharmacy claims. Providing Pharmacy revenue cycle audit reviews for charging accuracy and billing compliance. Assisting the Financial Analysts with variance explanations monthly by providing feedback on trends identified through daily, weekly and monthly audits.
Must be proficient in excel, comfortable presenting, and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs audits for contract pharmacy, pharmacy revenue cycle and 340B compliance.
• Reviews and monitor pharmacy revenue across all campuses.
• Submits and completes the transactions in all work queue.
• Perform audits of charges and verify accuracy.
• Auditing for eligibility of all claims
• Reviews and monitors inventory for contract pharmacies.
Skills & Requirements
• Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
• Required H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Required RPHT-TX - Reg Pharmacy Technician by the TX State Board of Pharmacy.
• Preferred 2 years pharmacy technician experience.
