Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent
  
  

or GED.

• Two years full-time, wage-earning experience in the manufacture
  
  

textiles

or

five years full-time, wage-earning experience in any production or

manufacturing operation.

• Experience in the supervision of employees and inmates preferred.
• Correctional custody or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Textile manufacturing or cotton production experience preferred.
  
  

The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will

be $4,303.17.
