MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department
of Education (USDE). Major course work in Business Administration,
Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred. Each year of
experience as described below in excess of the required three
years of criminal justice experience may be substituted for thirty
semester hours from an accredited college or university on a
year-for-year basis.
2. Three years full-time, wage-earning criminal justice experience.
3. Wage-earning experience in auditing, operational review, program
evaluation, or technical review preferred.
4. Contract monitoring or case management experience preferred.
5. Correctional unit operations experience preferred.
6. Valid Class C Driver License.
- Must maintain valid license for continued employment in position.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $4,087.50.**
