Responsibilities include assisting agents with daily tasks, answering phone calls, processing customer service requests, and assisting with cross-selling insurance and financial products. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide clients with proof of insurance, collect membership payments, and perform other duties assigned by management.
Required skills include being a team player, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, and having proficiency in MS Office. A current insurance license is preferred but not required.
