Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including preparation of necessary materials.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures, ensuring timely processing of important paperwork.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with various clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document creation and management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- 3 years of experience in providing executive administrative support in a corporate environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
