Duties
- Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety and order.
- Conduct surveillance operations and utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Manage conflict situations with effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations or operations.
- Participate in community outreach programs to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and the community.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and departmental policies during all operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must pass background checks and any required training or certification processes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.31 - $17.43 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
