- Provide departmental support to faculty and staff for MSRC, BSRC-Online and all TXST Global, College of Health Professions ensuring maximum student success
- Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities, as well as work well in teams and individually
- Coordinate program marketing, recruiting, retention, as well as display tables for various events including Bobcat Days, conferences, and special tabling opportunities.
- Track course registration and enrollment during the registration cycles.
- Maintain and respond to inquiries sent to department email account.

- Program support using TXST software programs such as Banner INB, Course Leaf CLSS, SAP, Gato and Calico
