Texoma FC is a United Soccer League expansion team kicking off March of 2025. The team is the first ever professional sports team in the fast growing community.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase group ticket sales, including group season tickets, group sales, multi-game group packs, and premium / suite seating. Align ticketing strategies with the club’s overall business goals alongside our VP and Director of Ticketing.
• Revenue Generation: Drive group ticket sales through innovative sales campaigns and outbound customer prospecting. Explore and leverage relationships with local and corporate businesses to build fanbase and in turn, ticketing revenue.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the local demographic, purchasing behaviors, and competitive landscape. Use insights to build a strong portfolio of group ticket buyers and business contacts for future opportunities.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the fan experience by ensuring seamless ticket purchasing processes, excellent customer service, and engagement initiatives. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with operations, marketing, community relations, and corporate partnerships teams to create integrated campaigns that drive group ticket sales. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Technology and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest ticketing technologies and industry trends. Assist DoT with the implementation of new tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance the ticket purchasing experience.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis to track sales performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports ticketing or related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful ticket sales strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in ticketing software, preferably vivenu, and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot / Monday.com
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for sports and understanding of the soccer industry is a plus
