What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant: $75K - $85K+ DOE position at TGG Accounting?
TGG has partnered with a client in Costa Mesa who has an immediate opening for an Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant. This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for supporting the monthly financial close, balance sheet and P&L analysis, account reconciliations, and other projects as assigned.
Compensation: $75K - $85K Benefits
Schedule: 5 Days in office
Role Details:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of certain key accounts
- Preparation of multiple financial statements and supplemental reports
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly accounting processes and workflows - both automated and manual
- Responsible for the maintenance of restaurant and corporate-level general ledger accounts and trial balances
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance - good working knowledge of GAAP
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
